The Everything Lean Community of Practice is a group of enthusiastic and creative people who share an interest in continuous improvement. Many of our members have taken Lean training courses through the PSA Learning Centre and have been involved in Lean project work. Everyone is welcome to join, share and learn.
Our CoP provides an opportunity for members to connect and share information about Lean and continuous improvement. Members will also receive the quarterly LeanBC newsletter and invitations to regular learning events that instill a mindset of continuous improvement and innovation.
The Lean toolkit is found on our SharePoint site that includes tools that support workload management, day-to-day problem-solving, employee engagement, knowledge transfer and succession planning. More information about LeanBC can also be found on our intranet page.
