What we do
We meet learners wherever they are on their journey and support them to:

- Do. Gain hands-on experience
- Connect. Engage with like-minded people and communities
- Grow. Continuously upskill and reskill
Our learners are:
- Members of digital teams, who are discovering tools and ways of working in the BCPS
- Employees in technology roles, who are upskilling and reskilling for current and future roles
- Senior leaders, who are developing and practicing digital-era leadership skills
- All employees, who are establishing a foundation in digital literacy
